Privacy Policy

HomeCircle Connect is run by Coral Digital Media. This policy explains what information we hold, why, and the choices you have. Families trust us with information about someone they love, and we treat it that way.

1. What we collect

• Your account: your email address, name, and settings such as language and reminder preferences.
• Circle details: the supported person's preferred name, town or area, home time zone, and any practical preferences your circle adds.
• What your circle posts: tasks, appointments, text updates, photos and voice notes, and who created or completed them.
• Basic technical information needed to keep the Service secure and working, such as error reports.

2. How we use it

Only to run the Service for you and your circle: showing what needs doing, sending in-app reminders and notifications, and providing the AI helpers you choose to use. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside your circle except the service providers below.

3. How it's protected

• Circles are private and invite-only. Only members can see a circle, and roles control who can edit.
• Photos and voice notes are kept in private storage and opened through short-lived secure links.
• Invitation links expire and can be revoked by an administrator.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service: our hosting and database provider; AI providers for transcripts, summaries, task drafts and translations; and ElevenLabs for read aloud. They process information only to provide these features to us.

5. Copies on your phone

So the app still works when the internet is down, a copy of your circle's text information is saved on your device. It is deleted when you sign out.

6. Your choices

• Edit or delete your own updates and posts at any time.
• Leave a circle, or ask an administrator to remove you.
• Ask us to delete your account and information by emailing hello@homecircleconnect.com.

7. Who can use it

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Information about the person you support should be shared with their permission or appropriate authority.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
